    • We have established a highly secure and separate custody system to guard our clients’ assets, both fiat and virtual assets. The custody system is separated from the trading system. We have developed a set of secured and reliable wallet management procedures to ensure the safety of client and Company assets.
    • Secure Asset Custody
      We employ a tiered custody infrastructure that prioritizes asset safety. The majority of client assets are held in secure, offline "Cold Wallets" located in Hong Kong, while operational "Hot Wallets" are maintained in strictly isolated, high-security environments. All private keys are generated and stored within bank-grade Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). Key usage is governed by rigorous internal controls, including strict segregation of duties and multi-layered approval processes, ensuring that no single individual has independent access to sensitive assets.
    • System Reliability
      We maintain a robust infrastructure designed to support consistent and reliable trading operations. Our technical teams adhere to strict operational procedures for system maintenance and upgrades to minimize service disruptions. We employ comprehensive monitoring tools to actively detect system anomalies. In the event of an unexpected issue, we have established recovery protocols in place to restore services efficiently and protect data integrity.
    System Security
    To ensure system security, we will implement security controls to protect the platform from being abused in the aspects of authentication, authorisation and application security:

    Advanced Authentication
    System authentication is strictly controlling login context, repaid login/logout, multi factor authentication, internal password for whitelisted IP/gateway addresses and one-time password under authentication policies and procedures.

    Stict Privilege Management
    System authorisation is strictly controlling roles with different login privileges (interface, GUI), general privileges (mass cancel, session management, announcements and gateway controller), instrument group privileges (order submission, quotes and market data management) and reference data privileges (credit, view, edit, delete and approve) under authorisation policies and procedures at firm and user level.

    Data Encryption
    All applications, sensitive data and passwords are secured using industry-leading hashing and encryption standards. Data in transit is protected via high-grade TLS protocols, ensuring that all communications between your device and our servers remain private and tamper-proof.

    Comprehensive Audit Trails
    Audit trail is implemented to track system timestamps, authentication success or failures, application startup, restart and errors, process configuration updates and market operation actions.
